Prerequisite
To ensure you get the most out of this session we highly recommend that you have completed either our Working Effectively with Indigenous Peoples® training or training with a similar agenda within the last year.

This In-Person Training gives you the following:

  • 3 hours of learning time where you can ask questions and interact live with our talented trainers and other learners
  • A free fillable PDF copy of the How to Negotiate with Indigenous Peoples Workbook

Self-Guided and Live-Guided Training Courses
The fee is fully refundable if the training has not been accessed by the learner. Upon accessing the training the fee is non-refundable.

In-Person Training Courses
Our fee is refundable, less a $100 fee if the registration is cancelled between 4 weeks and 2 weeks (10 business days) before the start of the training, or less a $200 fee if the registration is cancelled within 2 weeks (10 business days) of the training date. The registration can be transferred to another location or date - a fee of $100 will be applied.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training, refuse admission, or change speakers, location, or content.

Books
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not refundable.

eBooks
Downloadable software products including ebooks are not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at learn@indigenousrelationsacademy.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 2401 Mount Newton Cross Road, Saanichton, BC V8M 1T8.
