On June 21, 2021, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act received Royal Assent and immediately came into force. But, what does that mean and how does it affect how you consult and accommodate Indigenous Peoples? What are the legal and policy issues around adopting and implementing the Declaration in Canada, including the application of free, prior and informed consent (FPIC)?

Self-Guided and Live-Guided Training Courses
The fee is fully refundable if the training has not been accessed by the learner. Upon accessing the training the fee is non-refundable.

In-Person Training Courses
Our fee is refundable, less a $100 fee if the registration is cancelled between 4 weeks and 2 weeks (10 business days) before the start of the training, or less a $200 fee if the registration is cancelled within 2 weeks (10 business days) of the training date. The registration can be transferred to another location or date - a fee of $100 will be applied.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training, refuse admission, or change speakers, location, or content.

Books
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

eBooks
Downloadable software products including ebooks are not refundable.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
