The fear of doing or saying the wrong thing can impede your ability to develop effective Indigenous relationships. Indigenous relations training gives you insight, strategies, tips, and suggestions necessary to overcome that fear. You will learn what to do, what not to do and why.

Prerequisite
We recommend that before taking this course that you start with our Indigenous Awareness course, either in person or through our Self-Guided or Live Guided Training.
This Self-Guided Training gives you the following:
- 30 days access from the date of purchase
- Certificate of Completion
- A free PDF copy of Indigenous Relations an excerpt from Working Effectively with Indigenous Peoples®, 4th edition
Course length
- Approximately 2-3 hours
- Progress will be saved and can be picked up at a later time (within the 30-day window)

Self-Guided and Live-Guided Training Courses
The fee is fully refundable if the training has not been accessed by the learner. Upon accessing the training the fee is non-refundable. Registration can be transferred to another learner without charge as long as the training has not been started.
In-Person Training Courses
Our fee is refundable, less a $100 fee if the registration is cancelled between 4 weeks and 2 weeks (10 business days) before the start of the training, or less a $200 fee if the registration is cancelled within 2 weeks (10 business days) of the training date. The registration can be transferred to another location or date - a fee of $100 will be applied.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training, refuse admission, or change speakers, location, or content.
Books
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not refundable.
eBooks
Downloadable software products including ebooks are not refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at learn@indigenousrelationsacademy.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 2401 Mount Newton Cross Road, Saanichton, BC V8M 1T8.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
